Company Policies

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the resort management requests your cooperation in observing the following Company Policies as an agreement between the guest and Duli Beach Resort;

Bookings
To make a booking on-line, you will be required to provide certain information including your full name. The name of the booking holder must match with that of the registered guest staying at the resort. You may be required to present an original and valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in for the purpose of verifying identity. The price of your booking and the terms upon which payment and cancellations are made will vary according to your room, booking type and other factors. You will be notified of these terms at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation with a valid confirmation number, that will confirm the details of your booking, and send it to you by email.

Payments
To confirm your direct reservation at Duli Beach Resort a full payment of the total amount is required. This can be done through PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please be advised that there is an additional charge for PayPal payments. This is included in the reservation fee stated on your invoice. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to make a payment. Instructions on how to pay will be included in your booking e-mail. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Any cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 31 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at Duli Beach Resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Third-Party Booking Sources
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the resort or the resort website, the resort recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching resort management.

Rebooking and Reservation Policy
Rebooking or changes can be made up to 60 days prior to your stay, this subject to availability.

Force Majeure
Duli Beach Resort will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statutes of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the resort. In the event of non-performance due to the above reasons, the resort shall allow to use the deposits the resort received from you for future booking.

Check-in and check-out
Standard check-out time is 11 AM; Check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Desk (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply. Front desk of the resort is open 24 hours a day.

Deposit Policy
A cash incidental deposit of P500.00 per key will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Children
Children under the age of 18 years old need to be accompanied at all times by their parents or guardians when staying in the resort. Until the age of 5 children are allowed to stay for free if using existing bedding. Children aged 6 and over require additional bedding and a charge of 1000 peso per mattress applies, this will also include breakfast. The total capacity of the bungalow is five persons.

Pets
You can bring your pet when staying at the resort, but only after coordination with resort management. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated in the resort on the condition that their owner proves that they are healthy and pose no health risk. Noisy animals will be refused.

Visitors
In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave the bungalow by 10:00 pm.

Excessive noise and parties
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the resort upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance, without prior approval of resort management, will be requested to leave the resort without refund.

Inappropriate Behavior
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the resort, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the resort reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the resort. Inside the bungalow smoking is not allowed.

Laundry
Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room, laundry service is available in the resort, ask the reception.

Hazardous goods
Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc on the resort premises by guests is strictly prohibited.

Complaints and suggestions
Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the resort, resort activities or Company Policies are welcomed by the resort management.

Hotel Keepers Act
The Hotel Keepers Act of the Philippines is applicable.

Information
The website contains information about the bungalows, facilities and services of the resort. While the resort will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of available information, the resort shall not be liable for any discrepancy, error or omission. The resort does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied of any kind regarding the information and shall not be liable for any damages that transpire whatsoever.

Modification
We reserve the right to modify and/or supplement these Company Policies at any time, in which case the new version of the Terms Conditions of Booking will be updated on the Duli Beach Resort website, and will automatically apply for all customers with immediate effect.
